1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 44kp ("44kp", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports wagering platform accessible at https://44kp.cam ("Platform", "Site").

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional or game rules, the more specific rules shall prevail in respect of the matter to which they specifically relate, and these Terms shall prevail in all other respects.

4. Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on the 44kp Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be a natural person (corporate entities, trusts or other legal entities may not register accounts).

5. Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to:

• A valid, personal email address to which you have sole access;

• Your country of residence;
• A contact mobile number registered in your own name.

You must notify 44kp immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. 44kp shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account.

6. KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

44kp is required to conduct identity verification ("KYC") procedures in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request made by 44kp and to provide all documentation and information requested promptly.

Verification may be required before or after the processing of a withdrawal, upon reaching certain deposit or wagering thresholds, or at 44kp's reasonable discretion at any time. Commonly required documentation includes:

7. Deposits & Withdrawals

All funds deposited into and withdrawn from your 44kp Account must originate from and be returned to payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Deposits:

Withdrawals:

All bonuses, free spins, promotional credits and other incentive offers ("Promotions") are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual Promotion ("Promotion Terms"), which are published alongside the relevant offer. In accepting any Promotion, you agree to be bound by both these Terms and the applicable Promotion Terms.

General Promotion conditions include:

1. Promotions are available to eligible Users who have completed Account registration and comply with these Terms.
2. Each Promotion may only be claimed once per eligible User, household address, device, IP address or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Promotion Terms.
3. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the Promotion Terms. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings not subject to a completed wagering requirement may not be withdrawn.
4. 44kp reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any Promotion at any time with reasonable prior notice where circumstances permit.
5. Bonus Funds are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements are fulfilled.
6. Where a User has both real-money and Bonus Funds in their Account, the order in which funds are used for wagering purposes is as specified in the applicable Promotion Terms.
7. Any amounts cited in promotional materials on this Platform (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000") are illustrative figures only; actual bonus amounts are confirmed in the applicable Promotion Terms at the time of claiming.

44kp reserves the right to cancel any bonus or withhold any winnings derived from a bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of a technical error, collusion or any other violation of these Terms or the applicable Promotion Terms.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on the Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport, market or game type, as published within the Platform. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on 44kp:

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. 44kp does not accept cancellation requests after a Wager has been placed, except where explicitly provided for in specific market or game rules.
• Odds are subject to change up to the point of Wager confirmation. The odds applicable to your Wager are those confirmed at the time of placement.
• In the event of a technical error affecting odds, market suspension or game malfunction, 44kp reserves the right to void affected Wagers and refund the relevant stake amounts.
• 44kp reserves the right to limit or refuse any Wager at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason.

• Winnings are credited to your Account Balance promptly following settlement of the relevant event, subject to any applicable verification requirements.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 44kp Platform. A breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds in the Account and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration, KYC or any other process on the Platform.
• Multi-accounting: Opening, operating or using more than one Account on the Platform, whether directly or through a third party.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting Promotions through systematic or structured wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements or generate guaranteed profit from promotional funds.

• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime purpose.
• Third-party Account Use: Allowing any third party to use your Account, or using another person's Account, for any purpose.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, technical error or pricing error on the Platform for financial gain.

11. Responsible Gambling

44kp is committed to responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling can be harmful if not approached with care and within personal financial limits. The following tools are available to all registered Users at any time via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over defined periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) during which you will not be able to access the Platform or receive promotional communications.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed by contacting 44kp support and are effected within 24 hours of a verified request.

Reducing limits takes effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration specified.

44kp does not market to individuals who have self-excluded or closed their accounts. We do not target advertising at minors and we actively enforce age-verification requirements at all stages of Account registration and use.

12. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 44kp Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and game content ("Content"), is the property of 44kp or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any Content without prior written consent;
• modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on the Content;

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44kp, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Specifically, and without limitation, 44kp accepts no liability for:

• losses arising from gambling outcomes, including sports betting results;
• loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill;
• interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures or events beyond our reasonable control;
• any actions taken by third-party payment processors that affect deposit or withdrawal timelines;
• any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to comply with applicable local laws.
